1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging PD Art Studios for photography, videography, or design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

PD Art Studios provides photography, videography, and graphic design services as described in your signed booking agreement or invoice.

3. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Copyright and Usage

All images, video, and design work remain the intellectual property of PD Art Studios. Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use as outlined in their contract.
