Refund Policy

Retainers

All booking retainers are non-refundable. The retainer secures your date and covers pre-production planning.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of any amount paid above the retainer. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all payments made.

Rescheduling

One complimentary rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

Delivered Work

Because photography, videography, and design services are custom and time-based, delivered work is non-refundable. Revisions are handled per the terms of your booking agreement.
